Jackson Garth named Vice President of Hemp Technology and Public Policy for M4MM
Minorities for Medicinal Marijuana (M4MM) has named Dr. Jackson Garth as its vice president of Hemp Technology and Public Policy. In this role, Garth will focus on promoting the M4MM’s public policy and legislative agenda and represent the organization on a broad range of issues before Congress and other federal and local government agencies. Additionally, Jackson will be responsible for developing and implementing M4MM’s short and long-term information technology strategies in a manner that supports the organization’s mission and operational priorities.
“I am very pleased that Dr. Garth has joined the M4MM leadership team,” said Roz McCarthy, founder, and CEO of M4MM. “Jackson brings impressive experience to M4MM and will lead our efforts to engage stakeholders, public officials and communicating our mission to the public.”
Dr. Garth is a 19-year veteran in the healthcare industry focusing primarily on management, operations, and marketing. His experience within the healthcare industry crosses over many segments such as pharmaceutical, biotech, capital equipment, diagnostics, and medical sales. He has held high-level management positions with top industry leaders.

Dr. Garth received a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Morehouse College and both his masters and,doctorate in business administration from Canterbury Christ Church University in London, England.
